Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DC20 Forge ("Service"), a character creation and campaign management platform for the DC20 tabletop role-playing game system.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- Restricting access to your account
- All activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
Our Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DC20 Forge and The Dungeon Coach LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service (characters, campaigns, homebrew content). By publishing content to the Homebrew Hub, you grant us a license to display and share that content with other users.
DC20 System
DC20 and The Dungeon Coach are trademarks of The Dungeon Coach LLC. All DC20 game rules and content are subject to their respective licenses.
Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or yearly).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings
- Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
You may not use the Service:
- In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- To transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
- To engage in automated data collection or scraping
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- To share or distribute copyrighted content without permission
- To harass, abuse, or harm other users
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DC20 Forge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
